摘要：概述了电力市场运营系统的特点，在对比分析C S与B S体系结构和分布式组件技术的基础上，结合系统特点给出了C S与B S结构混合模式的一种实用可行的电力市场运营系统体系解决方案。并讨论了基于IEC 61970
